The Gloucestershire walk will begin and end at Cheltenham Racecourse and will take a circular route, along stone paths, farm tracks and through rural terrain. The route is undulating, including several ascents and there are a number of stiles along the way around. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside, Malvern Hills and nearby towns along with numerous points of interest are assured

John Caines OBE has coached, invested in and otherwise observed many entrepreneurial ventures over the past decade. From that experience he has evolved a practical approach for Goal Setting and Planning for Entrepreneurs – and a method for Self Management by the entrepreneur, the vital factor in turning ambition into actual success. This workshop will give business owners the opportunity to understand and implement the results of Johns experience into their own business.
Compared to more conventional text book business planning systems, a minimum of paperwork is generated – the Plan being ‘On a Page’ and the real world uncertainties of small and early stage businesses are reflected.
Once the Plan is complete, John deals with the crucial question of how we, as business leaders, change our own behaviour to turn the required outcome into a reality. Moving from ‘ideas’ to ‘action’ and sustaining those actions in the mayhem of everyday life is the most difficult thing for many of us.
Each attendee will leave with their own ‘business on a page’, an immediately actionable work plan – and the means and resolve to make the right things happen starting right now.
The cost is £50 per attendee for non GIN members, with members receiving a special discounted rate of £20. Non members can also take advantage of this price if they book into the GIN business breakfast meeting that starts at 6.45am prior to the seminar. The cost of breakfast is £10.
John has kindly donated his time to deliver this event for free and ALL the proceeds will be donated to the Fredericks Foundation (Gloucestershire)

A great opportunity to have a tour of Stroud Brewery's new premises.
It includes a one hour tour of the brewery, and around 30 mins of sampling the goods. Also included is a locally produced organic ploughmans. Visitors are allowed to take their glasses home as souveniers!

Where is it?
This unique challenge will take place at Brickhampton Court Golf Complex, Churchdown, Gloucester. With its beautiful acres of Gloucestershire countryside, ample parking and clubhouse facilities it’s the perfect environment for friends and family to come and cheer you on! Access is very easy as located only minutes from junction 11 of the M5 and half way between Cheltenham and Gloucester on the B4063.
What time does it start?
Doors will open for participants at 4.30pm and we ask all firewalkers to be there for 5pm to register and receive your training before completing the Firewalk at 7pm.
Can I bring friends and family?
Yes please do! We would love you to bring supporters along to witness you becoming a red hot hero for Winston’s Wish and cheer you on as you prove what a brave sole you are for bereaved children. Food and drink will be available to purchase from the clubhouse on the night.
